By placing an order, you fully, unconditionally and irrevocably accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 1 – Purpose
The company provides digital education products and services, including but not limited to online courses, digital programs, artificial intelligence trainings, webmarketing resources, downloadable materials, member areas and learning platforms.
Customers may discover our products through websites, articles, videos, social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and digital marketplaces.
Article 2 – Eligibility and Age Requirement
Purchases are reserved for individuals aged 18 years or older.
Minors may only purchase with prior written authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, the customer declares that they have full legal capacity or required authorization.
Article 3 – Nature of Products
All products sold are digital products delivered electronically, including videos, PDF documents, downloadable resources, modules and access to secured member areas.
Products are considered consumed upon access.
Article 4 – Orders
Any validated payment constitutes a final and binding agreement.
All orders are firm, definitive and non-revocable.
Article 5 – Pricing
Prices are displayed in Euros or Swiss Francs depending on the platform.
Price ranges include:
Low Ticket: 2 € / CHF to 50 € / CHF
Middle Ticket: 50 € / CHF to 1000 € / CHF
High Ticket: 1000 € / CHF to 2000 € / CHF
Prices applicable are those displayed at the time of purchase.
Article 6 – Payment
Payments are processed online via Stripe and integrated platforms such as Podia and Systeme.io.
Payment may be made in full or in installments where available.
Optional upsells may be presented during checkout. These are optional and must be voluntarily validated by the customer.
Article 7 – Access Duration
Access is granted immediately after payment.
Temporary access may be provided via an intermediary platform (such as Podia) before permanent access is delivered via email invitation.
Contractually, access to each purchased training is granted for one (1) year from the purchase date.
The company may extend access beyond this period at its sole discretion, without contractual obligation.
Article 8 – No Refund Policy
Under Swiss law and due to the digital nature of the products, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
All purchases are final.
Article 9 – Exceptional Commercial Exchange
At its sole discretion and without legal obligation, the company may offer an exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that:
– Less than 50% of the modules have been accessed
– The training has not been fully consumed
If the training has been fully accessed, no exchange or refund will be granted.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property
All content is protected by copyright.
It is strictly prohibited to:
– Share login credentials
– Download or record videos outside the authorized platform
– Distribute, reproduce, resell or redistribute content
– Provide access to third parties
Violation may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
Article 11 – Limitation of Liability
The company provides educational content only and does not guarantee specific financial or professional results.
Customers are solely responsible for implementation of any information provided.
Article 12 – Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Swiss and European laws.
Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Article 13 – Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control.
Article 14 – Amendments
These Terms may be modified at any time.
The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
Article 15 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Bern, Switzerland.

Toute commande implique l’acceptation pleine, entière et irrévocable des présentes CGV.
Article 1 – Objet
La société propose des produits numériques éducatifs incluant formations en ligne, programmes digitaux, ressources en intelligence artificielle, outils webmarketing, documents téléchargeables et accès à des espaces membres.
Article 2 – Conditions d’âge
Les achats sont réservés aux personnes âgées de 18 ans ou plus.
Les mineurs peuvent commander uniquement avec l’autorisation écrite d’un représentant légal.
Article 3 – Nature des produits
Les produits vendus sont des contenus numériques fournis par voie électronique.
Ils sont considérés comme consommés dès leur mise à disposition.
Article 4 – Commande
Toute validation de paiement vaut contrat définitif.
Toute commande est ferme et irrévocable.
Article 5 – Prix
Les prix sont affichés en euros ou francs suisses.
Fourchettes tarifaires :
Low Ticket : 2 € / CHF à 50 € / CHF
Middle Ticket : 50 € / CHF à 1000 € / CHF
High Ticket : 1000 € / CHF à 2000 € / CHF
Article 6 – Paiement
Les paiements sont réalisés en ligne via Stripe et plateformes partenaires.
Des offres complémentaires facultatives peuvent être proposées lors du paiement.
Article 7 – Durée d’accès
L’accès est immédiat après paiement.
Contractuellement, l’accès est accordé pour une durée de un (1) an à compter de la date d’achat.
La société peut prolonger cet accès à titre commercial.
Article 8 – Absence de remboursement
Conformément au droit suisse et à la nature numérique des produits, aucun remboursement automatique n’est prévu.
Toute commande est définitive.
Article 9 – Échange commercial exceptionnel
À titre commercial et sans obligation légale, un échange peut être envisagé dans un délai de quatorze (14) jours, sous réserve que :
– Moins de 50 % des modules aient été ouverts
– La formation ne soit pas intégralement consommée
Article 10 – Propriété intellectuelle
Toute reproduction, partage, diffusion ou revente est strictement interdite.
Le partage des identifiants est interdit.
Article 11 – Responsabilité
Les contenus sont fournis à titre éducatif.
Aucun résultat financier n’est garanti.
Article 12 – Données personnelles
Les données sont traitées conformément aux lois suisses et européennes applicables.
Article 13 – Force majeure
La société ne peut être tenue responsable d’événements indépendants de sa volonté.
Article 14 – Modification
Les CGV peuvent être modifiées à tout moment.
Article 15 – Droit applicable
Les présentes CGV sont régies par le droit suisse.
Tout litige relève des tribunaux compétents du Canton de Berne.
